In short: Aurixa shows indicative precious-metal prices for information only. They are not a quote, not a guarantee, and not investment advice. Always confirm the current rate with your jeweller or dealer before you buy or sell.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Aurixa website at goldnexa.live (the “Service”). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. What Aurixa provides

Aurixa is an information service. We display live and historical gold, silver and platinum prices, currency rates, calculators, news headlines, an AI advisor, and a directory of jewellers. We do not buy, sell, broker, store or deliver precious metals, and we are not a bank, dealer, jeweller, or financial-services provider.

3. Financial disclaimer

This is the most important section, so we’ve set it out clearly:

Informational only. All prices, charts, calculations and other content are provided for general information. They do not constitute financial, investment, tax or legal advice, nor a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.
Indicative, not a quote. The rates shown are aggregated estimates derived from third-party market data plus an adjustment for India’s import duty. They are not a binding price and will not match every jeweller or dealer to the rupee. Making charges, GST and local premiums are added at the point of sale.
Possible delays and errors. Data reaches us from third-party providers and may be delayed, interrupted, or occasionally incorrect. Markets also move continuously. We do not warrant that any figure is accurate, complete or current at the moment you view it.
Do your own verification. Before making any purchase, sale or financial decision, confirm the current rate and terms directly with a licensed jeweller, dealer or financial adviser. Any decision you make based on our content is your own responsibility.
Past performance. Historical charts show past prices. Past movements do not predict or guarantee future prices.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to:

Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data in bulk, or place undue load on our servers.
Attempt to disrupt, damage, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.
Reproduce or redistribute our content commercially without permission.
Use the Service in any way that infringes the rights of others or breaches applicable law.

5. Third-party data, links and jeweller listings

Prices, news and map/jeweller information come from third-party sources (including OpenStreetMap for jeweller listings). We do not control this data and are not responsible for its accuracy. Jeweller listings are shown for convenience and are not endorsements; we have no affiliation with, and earn no commission from, the shops listed. Links to external sites are provided for your convenience and are governed by those sites’ own terms.

6. Advertising

The Service displays third-party advertising, including through Google AdSense, which helps keep it free. Advertisements do not influence the prices we display or the ordering of listings. Your interaction with ads is subject to the advertisers’ and ad networks’ own terms and policies. See our Privacy Policy for details on advertising cookies.

7. Intellectual property

The Aurixa name, design, original text and layout are owned by us. Underlying market data belongs to its respective providers. You may view and share links to our pages, but you may not copy our original content for commercial use without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurixa and its operators shall not be liable for any loss or damage — including financial loss — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or its content. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

9. Changes to the Service and these terms

We may add, change or remove features at any time, and we may update these terms. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the revised terms.
